The DS-10-IMPBT (Push Button Top) has a new molded center piece to make filling from the loading block/box easier. You just push the center to fill the loader then push the main top to load. Note: The optional handle can't be used with the DS-10-IMPBT. All loaders work with the stock rubber grips and other grips with speed loader cutouts.
