Warranty Information:

There is a 1 Year Warrantly on all Parts & Products that are provided by North Mountain Tools.

If your item should break or become damaged within 1 Year of receipt of purchase it is eligible for a product replacement or repair by North Mountain Tools. 

Note:
North Mountain Tools reserves the right to either replace or repair the damaged item at their discretion.

Replacement/Repair Request Procedure:

Simply email us and provide the following:

1.  Receipt of Purchase
2.  Detail of Damage

When you have received confirmation that your item is eligible for replacement and/or repair from a representative at North Mountain Tools you will then be prompted to ship the item to us along with a copy of the receipt to...

Note:
The sender must pay the Shipping & Handling Fees.

North Mountain tools will then replace and/or repair the item and ship it back to you at no cost when the item has been fully repaired and/or replaced.
